Order processing times
We process all orders within 7-21 business days (not including weekends or holidays). For international orders, processing time can 3 to 4 weeks. We will notify you once your order has shipped, via email confirmation. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time frame, please email WoodshopAntics@gmail.comand we'll take a look!
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification, including a tracking number, once we've shipped it. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Tracking information typically takes 48 hours to be available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at WoodshopAntics@gmail.com with your order confirmation and we'll get back to you with an update.

Refund policy
Returns are accepted for up to 15 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at WoodshopAntics@gmail.com. We are happy to work with you to resolve the damaged product, so you can enjoy what you ordered.
Please include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. Refunds due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at woodshopAntics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
